Barbados has always been know for its low crime rate, in fact the country boast one of the lowest crime rate in the Caribbean. However, this recently there has been a noticeable increase in crime levels. Last week 33-year-old Jonathan Hubble, a Canadian was shot during a robbery in eastern parish of St. John.
